The reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication of these elements, even in part, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Seller.
Such representation or reproduction, by any means, constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Article 2.2: Website terms of use
The website is for strictly personal use only.
Any commercial or advertising use is prohibited without the express permission of the Seller.
The website must be used in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
Any fraudulent use of the website, or any use that breaches these terms, may result in access to the service being refused, without prejudice to any damages the Seller may claim.
Article 2.3: Changes to the terms
The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of use of its website at any time.
Users are therefore advised to check the latest version of the terms and conditions available on the website regularly.
Article 2.4: Duration
These terms apply for as long as the Seller's services are available on the website.
ARTICLE 3 – DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following terms have the meanings below:
-
- “Customer”: the Seller's contracting party, who guarantees that they are a consumer as defined by French law and case law. As such, it is expressly stated that the Customer acts outside any regular or commercial activity.
-
- “Delivery”: the first presentation of the Products ordered by the Customer at the delivery address given when ordering.
-
- “Products”: all products available on the Website.
-
- “Website”: the website operated by the Seller identified in article 2.
-
- “Territory”: all delivery countries offered when ordering on the Website.
ARTICLE 4 – SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are reserved for consumers only, as defined by law and case law, acting exclusively on their own behalf and resident in the Territory.
ARTICLE 5 – ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale come into force on the date the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 6 – ACCEPTANCE
The Customer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale takes the form of an electronic signature, made by clicking the confirmation button.
This amounts to acknowledging that they have fully read and accept these terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 7 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those shown on the Website on the day the Customer visits the Website.
They are offered for sale while stocks last.
ARTICLE 8 – PRICES
Prices are shown on the Website in pounds sterling (GBP), including all taxes. Any delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 9 – ORDERS
Placing an order on the Website is subject to following the procedure set up by the Seller.
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT
Purchases are paid by bank card. To make a payment, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a bank card (credit or debit) that you are entitled to use.
ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY
Delivery is made by Royal Mail or any other carrier, to the address given by the Customer when ordering.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the specified time, except in cases of force majeure or due to the Customer.
ARTICLE 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty.
However, return costs are paid by the Customer.
Here is the returns procedure:
Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us, explaining the situation and what you would like as precisely as possible.
Here is how the process works:
A. You want to return or exchange an item that doesn't suit you.
-
- Check that you are within the 14-day period.
-
- Preferably keep the tags attached: an item whose tags have been removed can no longer be resold as new, and its loss of value may be deducted from the refund.
-
- Preferably return the item in its original packaging: missing or damaged packaging may count towards the loss of value deducted from the refund.
-
- You can try the item on as you would in a shop; if it has been worn beyond simply trying it on, or washed, its loss of value will be deducted from the refund, up to its price.
Then contact us (product photos optional, to speed things up) via the contact form.
You will receive a returns form, which you need to fill in and put in your parcel.
You can also download this form from your customer account.
If you don't have a printer, don't worry: copy out everything on the returns form and put the sheet of paper in your parcel.
Make sure you haven't forgotten anything:
-
- The order number.
-
- The names of the items returned.
-
- What you would like (refund, voucher, exchange).
Then send the product back to the address shown on the returns form, no later than fourteen days after telling us of your decision; please note that you pay for this return.
Finally, once we receive the item, it will be inspected and, depending on your request, exchanged or refunded.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that were not notified to us within the withdrawal period. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (used, worn beyond simply trying it on, washed, damaged or incomplete), we will deduct its loss of value from the refund, which may be up to its price.
Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email stating the amount refunded.
The refund is made no later than fourteen days after you told us of your withdrawal, to the payment method used for the order. We may, however, withhold it until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of sending them, whichever happens first: until we have one or the other, no refund is due, even if these fourteen days have passed.

ARTICLE 12a – DELIVERY TIMES
Here are the delivery times:
A) For the United Kingdom and Western Europe
To process your request, prepare your order and ship it, here are our times: we need about 24 to 48 hours to ship it (Monday to Friday) and 6 to 11 days for delivery (Monday to Friday).
Please note that we do everything we can to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
However, these times do not apply in cases of force majeure.
ARTICLE 13 – GUARANTEES
The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), set out in the box below in accordance with article D. 211-2 of the French Consumer Code.
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to prove the existence of the lack of conformity, not when it appeared.
Where the contract of sale provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for more than two years, the legal guarantee applies to that digital content or service throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer only has to prove the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or service, not when it appeared.
Where applicable, the legal guarantee of conformity requires the trader to provide all updates needed to keep the goods in conformity.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer asks for the goods to be repaired but the seller insists on replacing them, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date the goods are replaced.
The consumer can obtain a reduction in the purchase price while keeping the goods, or end the contract and receive a full refund in return for giving the goods back, if:
1. The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
2. The repair or replacement of the goods takes place after thirty days;
3. The repair or replacement of the goods causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the cost of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the cost of installing the repaired or replacement goods;
4. The goods still do not conform despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to cancel the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or cancellation. The consumer then does not have to ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced first.
The consumer is not entitled to cancel the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee until the repaired goods are delivered.
The rights mentioned above result from articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who, in bad faith, obstructs the legal guarantee of conformity faces a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee gives the right to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund in return for giving the goods back.
Customer service can be reached by email at contact@robe-communion.com.

ARTICLE 14 – LIABILITY
The Seller accepts no liability for damage resulting from misuse of the product purchased or for damage caused by use that does not comply with safety standards.
ARTICLE 15 – PERSONAL DATA
The Seller keeps the personal data provided by the Customer in accordance with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing, etc.).
The Customer has the right to access, correct and delete their data.
ARTICLE 16 – DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, performance or termination of the contract between the Seller and the Customer, even where there are several defendants, will, failing an amicable agreement, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
However, it is also possible to use a mediator.
Here are the mediator's details:

Postal address: Médiateur de la consommation FEVAD – BP 20015 – 75362 PARIS CEDEX 8, France
ARTICLE 17 – LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT
These terms and conditions of sale were originally written in French.
Where they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text is authoritative in the event of a dispute.
These terms and conditions of sale were updated on 13 May 2024.
Article 18 – Fraud
In the event of attempted fraud, unauthorised payment or any other illegal act, your information will be passed on to the competent authorities.
Article 19 – Promo codes
The current promo code, shown on product pages with its end date, gives you a 5% discount on everything in your basket. Each code is valid until 11:59 pm on Sunday of the current week, then expires.
You can add this promo code on the basket page or when placing your order.
